Rolland-Pilain is a French automobile manufacturer founded in 1905 in Tours by François Rolland and Émile Pilain. Initially specializing in bicycles, the company began producing automobiles in 1907.
The brand became known for its touring cars, as well as for its participation in numerous automobile races. In the 1920s, the C23, a 2-litre sports car, became one of its most famous models.
Faced with financial difficulties, the company eventually ceased production in the early 1930s.
