Scooter MOTOCONFORT "SV"

The Motoconfort SV (equivalent to the Motobécane SB) is a French scooter produced in the mid-1950s, designed as a simple and affordable model to compete with Vespa and Lambretta.
Its mechanics rely on a 3-speed gearbox operated by a twist grip and a fuel-oil mixture lubrication system.
The tubular frame covered with metal panels, designed by Géo Ham, gives it a clean and functional style.
Its suspension uses rubber blocks, and it rides on 10-inch tires.

The SV was the basic version, while the SVH offered more comfort and bodywork, and the SVS (or “Mountain” model) provided better climbing capabilities. Light (around 75 kg), simple, and inexpensive for its time, it is now sought after by enthusiasts of vintage French scooters.
