In January
- Opened ONLY on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
(Ticket office closes at 5 p.m.) - Group visits from Tuesday to Sunday with advance booking only.
From February 1st
- Open from Wednesday to Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. (ticket office closes 5 p.m.)
- Open from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. the third Friday of every month.

Entry to the museum
- Full rate: €6
- Free of charge (on presentation of proof) for children under 18, unemployed (with up-to-date documentation), handicapped and accompanying carer, holders of a Lyon City Card, ICOM card, ICOMOS card
- Reduced rate: €4 (on presentation of proof) for young people aged 18 to 25, employees of the Lyon tourist office, season-ticket holders of the Musée des Confluences and visitors to the Maison Ampère.
